About the degustation menu:

  • The Sous-Vide Phu Quoc Abalone and the Rock Cobia Fish are prepared to utter perfection, offering a delightful combination of tender and tantalizing flavors, showcasing Chef Daniel's innovative approach to seafood gastronomy
  • Prepare for a symphony of flavors as the Grill Sand Lobster is presented with a decadent Hokkaido Tomato Capper Champagne velouté. The Pan Seared Wagyu Filet Mignon is meticulously prepared and cooked to absolute perfection offering a seamless union of flavors and textures .
  • As a grand finale, Chef Daniel will present "Muoi Ot Xanh" Panna Cotta— unique twist on the traditional dessert that perfectly captures his ingenuity and artistry.
