Kid-friendly and teen-approved, Hard Rock Hotel Maldives is a haven of fun for all ages. From 1st July to 31st August 2023, this music-themed five-star resort will stage its Summer Family Camp-cation, an immersive, action-packed adventure that will create magical memories for little ones and let parents unwind with a stress-free island vacation.
Three separate programs are available – Sports, Arts and Crafts – that will allow each child to learn a new skill and potentially inspire a new lifelong passion. Under the Sports element, guests aged 8-17 will be able to learn aerial arts with professional instructor Xenia, who will teach the basics of circus arts including trapeze, juggling and hoops. Alternatively, street safe sports such as kickboxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu will be available to all ages, from 4-17, taught by the resort’s in-house instructor.
Arts classes comprise dance, music and painting, with options ranging from samba and salsa sessions to guitar and drum lessons, singing classes, and various painting options from watercolours to wood painting, collage and more. Finally, little explorers can get creative with Crafts classes including cooking (pizza, pastry, cookies and more), gardening and marine discovery, including the opportunity to replenish the environment with tree and coral planting, plus a turtle class, dolphin quest and more! At the end of each week, youngsters will be able to show off their new-found skills at the Camp-cation Talent Show!
At SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton, the free-spirited five-star lifestyle resort, families are invited to enjoy an unforgettable summer in paradise with the SAiiKids Summer Fun workshop, which features an amazing array of free activities for kids. This energising and educational program is also built around three pillars – a Sports Camp, Arts Classes and Craft Activities – to help every child have fun and maximise their potential.

Children can select one activity from each of these three pillars. The Sports Camp includes cardio workouts, Pilates classes, bike riding lessons, swimming sessions, and even snorkelling tours at the house reef. The Arts Classes comprise cooking, mocktail making, English language lessons, hair styling and organic gardening, ensuring plenty of opportunities to inspire young minds. Finally under the Craft Activities, youngsters can get involved in painting classes, dance sessions, bracelet making and marine life discovery classes, led by the team at CROSSROADS Maldives’ dedicated Marine Discovery Centre. At the end of their exhilarating week, every child will be presented with a certificate of their accomplishments.
