NATURE IS BOOMING AT PIMALAI RESORT & SPA

Shy, nocturnal, and solitary, Colugos can hardly any longer be seen in the tropical forests of Southeast Asia. One specimen has been spotted in Pimalai’s 100-acre forested estate

KOH LANTA, THAILAND: Iconic luxury Thai resort Pimalai Resort & Spa is a serene sanctuary where guests can feel completely at peace in their private surroundings. Harmless animals and plants have also found their haven there.

Pimalai is located on the laid-back southern tip of Koh Lanta and nestled in 100 acres of tropical jungle. The beach is long and private and there are many open-air dining options. The resort’s award-winning luxury spa is secluded and also a destination on its own.

The sense of privacy is totally guaranteed with suites and villas that are spread throughout the estate. The fauna and flora – and local animal life – have been loving the lockdown and have made Pimalai their home as nature rebounds. Dedicated measures are being taken by the sustainable resort to protect the natural habitat for all animals. Pimalai Resort & Spa is set to re-open in July.
